Please note a prescription cannot be filled unless a face-to-face consultation has been carried out by House of Trichology and the medical questionnaire is completed in full with a photo ID.
Important : Please note that in order to purchase this product you are required to have had a face-to-face consultation with House of Trichology. You are also required to complete the medical questionnaire and submit a photo ID. Once completed, The Compounding Chemist will review your questionnaire before granting approval.
